Oxygen generators are suitable for any medical applications and ensure you to get the best and most reliable "on site" solution for oxygen
We offer a wide range of oxygen generators especially designed for hospital piping systems. Our products support the hospital needs continuously in its daily work, with simple operation, little management, stable running, opening up a new dimension in safety, efficiency, quality, cost saving and from compact models to large units producing up to 99% oxygen purity
The vacuum-insulated double wall tanks consist of two concentric vessels, an austenitic steel inner tank and an outer jacket in carbon steel with an anti-corrosion primer and a special environmentally friendly top coat. The interspace between inner and outer tank is evacuated and filled with insulating powder (perlite). An adsorbent is also added to maintain the vacuum in the insulation interspace.
The standard tanks come in gross nominal water capacities from 3,160 litre to 61,620 litre. The maximum allowable working pressure for these tanks is 18, 22 or 36 bar gauge for design temperatures ranking from -196°C up to 20°C. All standard tanks have vertical configuration, requiring little space for installation. The pressure vessels are manufactured and tested in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive EU 97/23/EC and EN 13458. These codes are internationally accepted. Consequently, it will be much easier than before to install and use these tanks in and outside of the European Union.
The quality management system satisfies all elements of the ISO 9001 program. All produced tanks are subjected to inspection and quality control under supervision of independent inspection bodies.
The operating pressure may be set up to 90 % of the maximum allowable working pressure and is automatically maintained constant by the regulator and pressure building coil fitted to the tank. Each tank can also be equipped with a tank mounted (clip-on) air-heated vaporizer to supply product in gaseous form at ambient temperatures and flow rates up to 120 Nm3/h. Standard tank features are various fittings for transportation and installation. Vaporizers up to 1,000 Nm3/h are installed separately.
Based on the standard design, we offers additional features depending on client´s requirements.
Standard carbon dioxide tanks are very similar to the tanks for air gases. As a function of the application and customer’s request you have here the choice between an inner vessel either manufactured from a low temperature resistant austenitic steel or a fine grain carbon steel. The insulation system is equal to the system which is used for the air gas tanks.
CO2-tanks, equipped with an inner vessel made out of a low temperature resistant austenitic steel can therefore also be used as multi-purpose storage for other industrial gases. Owns long standing experience in hand-ling other liquefied gases such as for example LNG and hydrogen. Tanks for these gases are engineered and manufactured according to customers specifications.
The vaporizers are suitable for a design overpressure = max. allowable working pressure (PS) of 40 bar and a allowable operating temperature range (TS) of +50/-269°C.
Design and testing was carried out in accordance with the directive 97/23/EC concerning pressure equipment, AD 2000-Merkblätter and DIN EN. The connecting flanges are DIN EN compliant.
The Linde finned tubes and connecting flanges are made of aluminium alloy and the seals for-med according to Linde standards. Variations defined by specific order instructions are possible.
The stressing of the materials used, at low temperatures for example, was taken into account during their selection.
Air Plant Systems incorporating Variable Speed Drive [VSD] Compressors.
The VSD compressors can provide upto a 35% energy saving when compared with other non VSD systems of similar capability.

Keep all gases in your building under perfect control
Control boxes are installed in individual floors and allow control of the status of medical gases throughout the building. Medicop boxes include all features required by the EN ISO 7396-1 and HTM 02-01 standards, such as monitoring of pressure, ability to shut off flow, high- or low-pressure alarms and an emergency supply inlet, but their design also provides a number of advantages for the user:
All AVSU's are manufactured to HTM 02-01 specifications. Every unit is tested for pressure and tightness before dispatch and comes with a comprehensive warranty.
Area alarm is used to monitor pipeline pressure within a ward, theatre etc. The pressure is monitored by pressure switches in the pipeline downstream from the last AVSU. Pressure is monitored for both high and low pressure (low only for vacuum). The integrity of the cabling between the pressure switches and the alarm panel is monitored, and a fault on this cable will result in a system fault alarm, with all affected alarm conditions going into alarm condition.
Master alarm panel provides continuous monitoring of medical gas installations across hospitals and other healthcare providers. It monitors up to 4 conditions for each gas and up to 6 gases per panel, giving clients comprehensive information about the state of their supply at any given time.
The system is easy to install and also to operate, with only 1 pair of cables used as interconnecting wiring. The alarm system meets the current HTM02-01 and HTM2022 specifications.
Each unit also benefits from useful features such as a volume control, mute button and engineer’s reset button. They can easily be tested to ensure they are still working and a light will be illuminated when the mute button is pressed. Access to the panels is gained via a hinged door and a tamperproof screw so clients can be certain their system is safe and secure at all times, other than when they specifically choose to access it. Different panels are available for either flush or surface mounting applications, to take into consideration the different requirements of different healthcare providers.
