BRR Light Fittings have been design-ed and developed to be used in any controlled environment, where access to the fitting from above the controlled area is preferred. They have been installed in many different industries, such as pharmaceutical, biotechnological, electronic, food, screen printing and many more.

The BRR is a recessed, airtight light fitting and is accessible from the technical void above the controlled area, thus reducing the potential risk of contamination within the controlled area.

The light weight access tray is easily lifted away once the retaining screws have been removed, giving full access to the tubes and electrical connections.

The housing is manufactured from zinc coated steel which is then powder coated after production. Special brackets are fitted on the top of the housing thus allowing the fixture to be clamped and tightened in the ceiling.

An anodized aluminum reflector is installed above the T5 lamps to achieve the required light distribution. In order to limit the number of tools during maintenance, all electrical connections between the different electrical components are made by means of a 3 way push/fit connector

Normal purity luminaire CLEAN CLASSIC 4/24W, for T16 lamps, with high frequency ballast, sheet steel recessed housing in white, coated finish (resistant to oil vapours, chemical attack, disinfectants and cleaning agents - always check the cleaning instructions and materials first before use). Special coatings are available for stricter requirements (e.g. in foodstuffs industry and meat & sausage processing). Please discuss these separately. 5-pole connector terminal. Cover made of anodised aluminum section fitted with embedded 3mm PMMA diffuser panel, with twist-lock fastener. Mounted on 4-point attachment using level-adjustment kit (please order kit separately).
