IP-Terminal with 7″ capacitive touch-display to support the daily care processes in care facilities. User-friendly operating interface to ensure runtime-critical and relevant data and process flows for user groups such as nursing staff, medical service as well as supporting personnel (including IT department, technical service). Reduction of movement times to optimize productivity and efficient information flow of nursing tasks. Use of RFID technology/PIN code for audit-proof authentication/time-accurate registration of processes and for access control in accordance with GDPR specifications, depending on the requirements in care facilities.
Designed as an IP communication unit for full-duplex operation, in a high-quality surface-mounting housing for residents’/patients’ rooms/office rooms, as well as a control unit for additional functions in the respective room and as a gateway to mobile terminals. Intuitive operation via the backlit touch-display with high colour brilliance and good readability in different environmental parameters (brightness, distance). Intercom communication in hands-free intercom (full duplex) and announcement function (send/receive) via IP communication or bus technology as well as connection with VoIP/SIP interface (ETH, WIFI), for communication via the PBX. Optional extension with telephony client (SIP) for duty rooms and function rooms.
Display of system messages with set presence (alarms, calls and presences, etc.) with the highest priority in colour, prioritised order, including time / date. Acoustic call forwarding when set presence and possibility of triggering further calls. Option for configuring the after mode for switching off the display to fulfil the after rest for residents/patients. Support of workflow-relevant processes through display as well as selecting/de-selecting of services (zone concentrations), for extended call forwarding to further wards. Use of RFID technology for identification at the touch terminal for access to patient data directly in the patient’s room as well as documentation of care processes. Hereby efficient design of care tasks / activities as well as documentation for the respective patient to relieve the burden of routine work and support the daily care processes in a suitable way. Nursing services are documented immediately after provision: Recording of vital data, care activities, medication and other information requiring documentation, to reduce the number of incorrect records. Energy saving and optimized domotic control functions are provided by a local user interface.
Security features: Monitoring/synchronization of all data traffic as well as audio communication (conversations, announcements) to other rooms within the organizational unit, coordination of communication with the central units and other IP participants via IP interface (ETH-LAN, WIFI). The configuration data of a room is managed via the management server, made available through the use of standardized web services and stored locally. Support of the cyber security requirements of modern IT infrastructures. Upgradable to future system firmware thanks to future-oriented flash memory technology to ensure automated software updates during operation. Multi-stage security concept enables local call signalling in case of missing communication with the central unit of the system.
Activation of licensed system functions by separate software licenses required:
RFID funct., IP funct. (ETH-LAN/WIFI/BT) duty room funct. (zone concentrations, announcements, room/bed prioritisation), telephony (SIP client), care documentation (HIS interface required).
Room terminal with 2,8” capacitive touch color display to support the daily care processes in care facilities. User-friendly user interface to ensure runtime-critical and relevant data and process flows for user groups such as nursing staff and supporting personnel (including IT department, technical service). Reduction of travel times to optimize productivity and efficient information flow of care tasks.
Designed as communication unit for full-duplex operation, in a high-quality surface-mounting housing for residents’/patients’ rooms, the Systevo Room Terminal serves as well as the central control unit for the functions in the respective room and as a gateway to the overriding central unit (via data bus).
Intuitive operation via the backlit touch-display with high color brilliance and good readability in different environmental parameters (brightness, distance), and the color-coded pushbuttons marked with symbols.
Display of system messages with set presence (alarms, calls and presences, etc.) with the highest priority in color, prioritized order. Acoustic call forwarding when presence is set and possibility of triggering further calls.
Display of system time / date.
Built-in loudspeaker and microphone for two-way intercom communication in hands-free mode (full duplex) and announcements reception, via bus technology.
Supports bed-wise speech communication in combination with an optional bed unit and patient handset.
The Systevo Room Terminal consists of a terminal housing with integrated electronics that can be snapped onto the associated connection board, for integration on the corridor data bus (ZBUS).
Associated multifunctional room units as well as the corridor lamp, can be connected to the room controller via the integrated data bus (DBUS) as well as using the integrated call inputs (I/O).
Includes a user-friendly installation technology with color-coded connection terminals for each individual device and control functions, for a more efficient cabling and for an optimized commissioning process.
Monitoring/synchronization of all data traffic as well as audio communication (conversations, announcements) to other rooms within the organizational unit, coordination of communication with the central units and other data bus participants.
The configuration data of the room and associated profiles (functions, I/O, device services) are stored locally (flash memory).
Support of the cyber security requirements of modern data bus infrastructures.
Upgradable to future system firmware thanks to advanced flash storage technologies.
Includes the option for automated software update during operation.
A multi-stage security concept enables local call signaling in case of missing communication with the central unit of the system.
Optional system functions subject to license are provided by corresponding software licenses.
Vandalism-protected room terminal in IP54 design with additional sabotage monitoring and integrated sensor call button for safe call activation. The V2A terminal housing serves as a controller for rooms with a voice function and offers connection options for passive units and active bus components. When presence is set, a acoustic display of the call message takes place with the highest priority. Conducting a conversation (only incoming) in the hands-free mode via integrated loudspeaker and microphone in high audio quality due to digital transmission technology, audio parameters optimally adaptable to the respective environment. The receipt of announcements is possible. With integrated switching technology for passive call and cancellation units (e.g. sensor button) incl. call group monitoring. The input and output parameters are adaptable to the local requirements. The basic configuration and specific configuration settings (sabotage alarm, emergency police call after elapsed time etc.) can take place according to customer requirements. Local storage of the configuration files including the 8-digit alphanumeric text for the room, audio parameters and special functions.
